What data we receive

To issue tickets: surname and first name, gender, date of birth, citizenship, passenger document details, email and phone.

Technical data: IP address and cookies needed to sign in to your account and to protect against abuse.

Why

To book and issue tickets, tell you about changes to your order, help with exchange and refund, and answer questions. We send price alerts only if you subscribed, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we pass it to

Airlines and booking systems — as far as necessary for the carriage. Payment systems — only the order number and amount. We do not sell data or pass it on for advertising.

Card details are entered on the payment system's page; we do not receive or store them.

Where and how long we store it

Data is stored on servers in the Republic of Uzbekistan for as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet legal requirements.

Your rights

You can ask for information about your data, its correction or deletion by writing to tripzyuz@mail.ru. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data".
