Public offer for booking and issuing air tickets

1. General provisions

This document is the public offer of FLOWERY FLY SERVICE LLC, operating under the Tripzy brand (the "Contractor"), to any individual or legal entity (the "Customer") to conclude an agreement for searching, booking and issuing air tickets on tripzy.uz on the terms below, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Acceptance of the offer means making a booking on the website or paying for an order. From the moment of acceptance the agreement is concluded and the Customer agrees to all terms of the offer.

2. Subject of the agreement

On the Customer's instructions the Contractor selects flights, books seats and issues electronic air tickets on behalf of airlines through booking systems.

The contract of carriage by air is concluded between the passenger and the airline. The carriage is performed by the airline under its own rules and the rules of the applicable fare.

3. Booking

The Customer enters the passengers' details in Latin letters exactly as in their identity document and is responsible for their accuracy.

The Customer is responsible for having valid documents, visas and permits, and for meeting the requirements of the country of entry and transit.

A booking is valid until the payment deadline shown in the order. If the order is not paid by then, the airline may cancel the booking without notice.

Information on visa and entry requirements on the website is for reference only, may be inaccurate or out of date, and the Contractor is not responsible for its accuracy. Requirements should be checked with the embassy or consulate of the country of entry.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in Uzbek soums (UZS) and include the airline's fare, taxes and fees. The final price is shown before booking.

The airline may change the fare before the ticket is issued. In that case the Contractor informs the Customer of the new price, and the Customer may cancel the order without any deduction.

Payment is made by bank card through the payment systems shown on the website, or in another way agreed with a manager. Card details are entered on the payment system's side; the Contractor does not receive or store them.

The payment obligation is fulfilled when the money is received by the Contractor.

5. Ticket issue

After payment the Contractor issues the electronic ticket and sends it to the email given in the order. This usually takes a few hours during working hours.

If the ticket cannot be issued (for example, the airline cancelled the booking or changed the price), the Contractor contacts the Customer and offers another option or refunds the payment in full.

6. Exchange and refund

Tickets are exchanged and refunded under the rules of the airline fare. The procedure is described on the "Exchange and refund" page, which is part of this offer.

7. Liability

The Contractor is not responsible for schedule changes, delays or cancellations by the airline, for refusal of entry or boarding, or for the consequences of incorrect data given by the Customer.

If the airline makes changes, the Contractor helps the Customer with an exchange or refund under the airline's rules.

8. Personal data

By placing an order the Customer consents to the processing of the passengers' personal data and its transfer to airlines and booking systems as far as necessary for the carriage. More on the "Privacy" page.

9. Disputes

Disputes are resolved by negotiation. A claim can be sent to tripzyuz@mail.ru; we reply within 10 working days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard in court under the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
